I'm tired of having to push "other" on that stupid screen. Tired of feeling like I should feel badly because; NO I do not tip Starbucks anymore!! I don't tip McDonald's. Why tip Starbucks? These people make a decent wage ($19.68–$20.76/hr for baristas) plus benefits for making coffee/ reheating food. Can you imagine how many cars, in drive through, tip every morning? Fifty to 60 cars every half hour at peak time. It's ridiculous. You are already paying for overpriced, albeit good coffee.
Best customer service
Last time they did a wrong drink, I only realized it at home. Today I ordered 3 same drinks, 3 same burgers. I got 3 burgers but only 2 drinks and if I want third one I have to drive around, stand drive-through line again to get it, even though I was ordering 3.
