I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks. This happened around 11:30 AM with the staff working that shift. I ordered 3 almond milk lattes and they gave me oat milk instead. When I asked to have them remade, the staff acted suspicious like I was trying to scam them. That’s completely unprofessional. I'm tired of having to push "other" on that stupid screen. Tired of feeling like I should feel badly because; NO I do not tip Starbucks anymore!! I don't tip McDonald's. Why tip Starbucks? These people make a decent wage ($19.68–$20.76/hr for baristas) plus benefits for making coffee/ reheating food. Can you imagine how many cars, in drive through, tip every morning? Fifty to 60 cars every half hour at peak time. It's ridiculous. You are already paying for overpriced, albeit good coffee.
