I explicitly asked for whipped cream several times, Got all the way home and there’s none on my mocha, leaving me with 3/4 of a drink. Quite annoying because I can’t come back and ask, and even if I could that’s a hassle.
I ordered a plain Jane venti iced caramel latte but somehow, it became an, "Oops, all ice!" edition; I truly don't know what happened here. This is a crazy amount of ice 🤡🤡🤡 I ordered on the app so it couldn't have been something I'd said 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks. This happened around 11:30 AM with the staff working that shift. I ordered 3 almond milk lattes and they gave me oat milk instead. When I asked to have them remade, the staff acted suspicious like I was trying to scam them. That’s completely unprofessional.
