The barista who took my order, and I’m assuming also handed me my items was the rudest, most unprofessional individual I’ve ever come across working at a Starbucks. What should have been a quick trip through the drive-thru was extended by their lengthy conversation with the car in front of me. Must have been someone they knew because they held up the entire line chatting it up. I live near by and come into this Starbucks several times a week in fact I'm in here with my daughter a couple time a week as well. There is a smaller stature young male with a beard but no mustache (Mennonite) style. He's very rude and impolite. He always acts put out to help me or annoyed that I'm here. He makes me uncomfortable. Also the rest of the staff isn't very polite either. It's disappointing because I love coming here for coffee but the service and atmosphere are definitely a deterant.

I was waiting for my pickup order. It was delayed quite a bit. The service in this location is pretty poor. Typically. Today I watched three people that were waiting to order walk out because none of the employees had acknowledged them or asked the customers how they could help them. Pretty bad. Real bad actually. Food and drink are fine, but there's plenty of places that offer that with solid service.
