I ordered a cappuccino and they made it with spoiled milk. My cappuccino smelled like hot garbage. Was not drinkable but the people were friendly and the service was good.

When we walked in the trash cans were overflowing. The lobby looked a mess. My chai latte was well above 180° and burned the inside of my mouth. It took over 20 minutes for the beverage to cool down enough to be drinkable. I did not order my beverage to be extra hot. Extremely disappointed. My mouth is still burned two days later.
I dropped in for a quick morning pick-me-up and had a fantastic experience. The staff was super friendly and got my order just right, and the drink tasted exactly how I like it. It is always nice to find a reliable spot that starts the day off on such a positive note.
