If there was a way to give negative star I would. Over half the time my order is always wrong. This last time was it I won't be back out of 4 drinks only two were right. And it was the chia latte and pink drink. The other two I don't know how they got what they got mocha instead of matcha -added whipp never told that. Ordered salted caramel creme cold brew with almond milk and non dairy cold foam - no cold foam did half almond have reg milk - and took out the flavor, like who does that. If Icould give this establishment 10 stars I would! I'm big on reviews and needed to recognize this Starbucks for their honesty and professionalism. I went in last night and made a purchase. Upon leaving I left my wallet on the counter that contained all my credit cards, personal identification, and money. I didn't realize I had lost my wallet until after the establishment had closed.
