i don't write bad reviews but for the past couple weeks i've had issues with this starbucks which sucks because it's close to my place of work. i ask for extra scoops & i do not get them..i gave up on asking for extra because im not paying $3 for my drink to taste the exact same as no extra scoops. i got my usual today and the oatmilk was expired or something was wrong..tasted very sour so i had my friends try it & they said the exact same thing. customer service i haven't had an issue with and i usually leave a tip, but i h... read more
It’s our favorite Starbucks in town and everything is usually great, but tonight my drink had a vanilla powder in it and some syrups and not sure which one of those made a drink taste SO BAD, it has a moldy smell and taste to it… But the stuff there and a store always so nice and polite !
So unfortunately the sweet cream seemed a bit separated and tasted spoiled this time😭. Otherwise drinks taste great, sometimes they mess an order up but it’s whatever. Employees are nice though.
