In the many years I've gone thru the drive tnru, my order was wrong...realized it when I got on the freeway so it was too late to turn back �
Dear Starbucks, I asked for a trenta green tea, light ice, NO WATER, heavy cream, 4 equals and 7 pumps of sf vanilla. The barista still added water and looked up at me when she did it. Ya'll ain't slick! Tomorrow I'll expect better.

I went into the bathroom and was appalled. The sink and floor were filthy. The worst I've seen in a Starbucks, akin only to a no-name gas station. Although the gentleman that took my order was pleasant enough, not one person greeted me when I entered the shop. The barista making my coffe was sweating all over the place.
