Every time I try to give this location a try it’s like it gets worse. The espresso always tastes burnt and the manager dude literally said “yeah I get a lot of complaints about it sorry, we need new espresso machines; they’re just so expensive”. Saying this to a customer is actually crazy. Last strike for sure.
Failed to repeat the order back and had to make a secound transaction. Plus gave 7 doller tip was worth it
Sad to say it but I’m not the guy to leave a bad review but everytime I go to this Starbucks they always short the drink if you order a venti it’s half way filled and has happened on multiple occasions even took it back one time to complain and they made me the drink over again but still not even filled up properly I will never go here I’ll make the 15 min drive to go to a diffent location
