worst customer service ever! i went on 3/28/25. I was skills usa member with high school just excited to get a coffee to start my day off right. we walk in and they immediately yell at us and said they are too overwhelmed with 20 students and need to come in two at a time. i understand the feelings but they yelled with no remorse. we were respectful and we listened and lined up. some kids made online orders to make it easier (or so we thought) and waited outside to not crowd. then suddenly the workers yelled “WERE DONE AND C... read more
These ladies work hard and are awesome ! Most of them make awesome coffees which takes a special skill for specialized drinks. They are always bubbly and nice when they see I have made an online order !
Horrible customer services, not coming back again, I usually buy every other day ALYIEEA was Rude
