5/5 experience, purely based on the service i received by a lovely young woman named annie, her kindness reflects greatly upon her work ethic. i was so impressed not only with how she approached me but other customers aswell. thank you annie for the brown sugar shaken iced coffee!
Starbucks Chermside: Very disappointing..server didnt offer the matcha deal, when asked about it she said i couldnt get it because I already paid for my items which were part of the offer. Gave me a cold matcha instead of a hot one. Just alot of mistakes..
I’ve been here several times, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful, especially when suggesting drinks. However, the menu options are often limited because many items are sold out. Overall, the service is good, but better stock availability would improve the experience.
Well made coffee, friendly staff, and a decent selection of food options.
