The workers are incredibly loud, they are the loudest compared to the rest of the guests here. They talk to themselves to the point where I know all their business due to the level of their voices.
customer service was poor. got my order wrong and cake pops are doughy.

Cake pop was mushy asked for another and they said that is how they are made. . Server Not to friendly. Got my daughter's drink wrong. Matcha was not mixed well. Expensive and the customer service should be top notch. My daughter should not be nervous to make a complaint
