Me and a couple of my friends went to the Starbucks and we had terrible service and the drinks were terrible . I ordered the mocha cookie crumble which is what I usually get at other Starbucks. What they gave me was nothing close to that . It was bitter and not even blended . All of my friends drinks weren’t blended just like mine. I would leave a 0 star if I could I went to grab coffee and had to wait for a 30 min personal conversation to end !!! There was 2 employees there and the other one (girl employee) was just staring at me while dusting nothing once the 1 employee having the conversation ended he was the only one making the drinks and at the cash register while the girl kept dusting nothing if nothing they should give Cameron a raise if I got his name right he was running the whole business by himself poor guy I would dread working with her 🥲t... read more
Place just sucks, all the good people have left and Amber just smells like cigarettes and everyone is just plan rude
Went in on Tuesday morning walked up to the counter and was assisting by amber, immediately I got a strong smell of cigarettes . I stood there for a full minute before she even took my order she didn’t say hello or anything instead she said what do you want I found that to be extremely rude, I placed my order and waited she made it wrong the first time and got mad when I asked her to correct the second time I got my drink made it was still wrong, at that point I decided to just leave. After being denied a pup cup, I will no longer be going to this location. I placed an order through the drive thru, the line was busy, but not extremely. Orders were coming out steady, but at the window they denied me a pup cup because it was a "heavy line." Go somewhere and support a different location that provides good customer service and goes above and beyond for their customers.
