Almost every time I go and ask for extra cold foam this is what I get!
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes as the lady was watching me but did not take my order. Horrible customer service. What is the point of even having a coffee shop if they’re just gonna stare at you and not do their job?
Me and a couple of my friends went to the Starbucks and we had terrible service and the drinks were terrible . I ordered the mocha cookie crumble which is what I usually get at other Starbucks. What they gave me was nothing close to that . It was bitter and not even blended . All of my friends drinks weren’t blended just like mine. I would leave a 0 star if I could I went to grab coffee and had to wait for a 30 min personal conversation to end !!! There was 2 employees there and the other one (girl employee) was just staring at me while dusting nothing once the 1 employee having the conversation ended he was the only one making the drinks and at the cash register while the girl kept dusting nothing if nothing they should give Cameron a raise if I got his name right he was running the whole business by himself poor guy I would dread working with her 🥲t... read more
Place just sucks, all the good people have left and Amber just smells like cigarettes and everyone is just plan rude
