Went in on Tuesday morning walked up to the counter and was assisting by amber, immediately I got a strong smell of cigarettes . I stood there for a full minute before she even took my order she didn’t say hello or anything instead she said what do you want I found that to be extremely rude, I placed my order and waited she made it wrong the first time and got mad when I asked her to correct the second time I got my drink made it was still wrong, at that point I decided to just leave. After being denied a pup cup, I will no longer be going to this location. I placed an order through the drive thru, the line was busy, but not extremely. Orders were coming out steady, but at the window they denied me a pup cup because it was a "heavy line." Go somewhere and support a different location that provides good customer service and goes above and beyond for their customers.
Jordan & Bradyn are amazing me & my daughter came in for a recommendation and they were so friendly & quick to serve us with kindness made us some amazing Cherry Chai tea & White Mocha Cold Brew best drinks made with care & perfection! We highly recommend these 2 are awesome
