Pretty standard for a Starbucks, I do find it a little overwhelming considering the Gelato portion is directly within the same room/counter space. Ordered a tomato mozzarella and a tea lemonade, however my drink felt like they forgot the sweetener.
We had amazing service, specifically, Adiarys was friendly, helpful and was patient and kind with my son.
Took the first bite of my breakfast sandwich and discovered a big long hair! Had to throw the whole sandwich away. The next day a I told the cashier what happened and he told me “he’ll let them know.” No offer of a replacement sandwich or even an apology. Additionally, three people in my party an ordered the same sandwich, and two out of three got the wrong sandwich. The staff is subpar to say the least.
Overpriced honestly not much to say, just overpriced and a bit of a careless staff.
