This staff was lovely and my coffee was perfect.
Although there is plenty of staff, the past month service has not been the greatest. Errors in orders most of the time , and mobile orders taking longer than usual.
Such an unprofessional and unclean place. They always close 10 to 20 mins earlier than the advertised closing time. I have had experience where I've reach the store over 10 mins before closing time. See them locking the door. Stand there thinking they would let me place an order. The girl just turned away and ignored me. I've called starbucks multiple times and reported the store on various incidents. Nothing has been done. Ive had to pay for mobile orders that i didnt get to pick up because they close early. Place is supposed to close at 8. Got there at 7:50 and doors were locked. More people showed up and they shut the lights off in our face. Pretty terrible for a hospital where people work overnight shifts and a maternity ward where families are up all night. Probs should change your hours if you’re going to close early.
