I love going to an establishment that displays exceptional customer service. What I love way more than that, is the personal experience. A small gesture can make a world of a difference. Thank you Britney and Zanasia
Patient staff, that handle a lot of volume due to being inside the hospital. The drinks are as good as any other location and there is a lot of seating to relax a bit. The 1-star reviews are unwarranted, they close a little early sometimes but 8 pm is very late closing for a coffee shop.
Decent service. Gets crowded often people are efficient. No complaints. They take mobile orders.
I work here and the customer service is amazing. Zanasia always make sure the customers are well helped and satisfied.
