The lady taking our order, Tamesia, seemed like she didn’t want be there at all, just an overall rude attitude. They had absolutely nothing and anytime I’d ask for something she would get visibly frustrated. Never coming to this location again.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to this Starbucks location. From the moment I arrived, my daughter and I, international tourists, were subjected to racist looks and behavior. Furthermore, my drink was prepared incorrectly and the food was poorly heated, raw, and flavorless. When we requested a replacement for my drink, the employee did so abruptly. Overall, the atmosphere and food quality were severely lacking.
Wonderful staff! Very kind and accommodating, and the drinks taste great. Thank you!
