Went here on Thursday March 26th 2026 for the first time. Now I don't normally drink Starbucks, but decided to come here for the Hannah Montana drink that was part of their secret menu. This is located in Broadway at the beach near the hangout. It is a pretty Starbucks on both inside and outside! I came in and ordered a brow sugar shaken espresso with brown sugar cold foam . It didn’t taste like brown sugar at all and was no cold foam. I never complained about a drink before because I never wanted to be THAT customer but over $8 not to have it right doesn’t make sense. I’ve worked at a Starbucks and they have cards to make it so when I got it made twice and still didn’t taste right just doesn’t make sense. i order the same drinks at starbucks all the time. i go to starbucks a lot and i know what things should taste like. me and my boyfriends coffee tasted sour. i don’t know if it was the espresso machine or the milk but i had to throw it away. i hate this because the coffee isn’t cheap.
I came in to get a new holiday drink and they let me know that a lot of people don't like that drink and end up tossing it. They told me that the Toasted coconut latte was pretty good so I got that instead. The employees were very personable!
