Coffee was burnt and I ended up tossing it, disappointing experience
Went throught the drive through today at lunch time for two drinks. Has to be the slowest drive through i have ever experienced. I was waiting along with a huge line up it would have been close to half an hour. Thats absolutley discusting for a drive through service. What happened ?
Every single time I come here the staff are rude. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get 1 coffee!! This is the worst Starbucks on the Gold coast. It's not a one off. It's every damn time So 2 years later ive decided to try starbucks again. One car ahead of me. It took 26 minutes for me to get 2 coffees!!! Disgusting and disgraceful!
Really nice location with good scenery. Drinks were made very well and one of the lovely staff members did this super cute drawing!!! So sweet, immediately brightened my day. Perfect end to my birthday weekend, thank you so much and I hope you have a lovely year
