Placed an order for cold brew and a chicken wrap. I get to the window and they tell me they’re out of both. Why don’t you say that through the speaker so dumb
Coffees are not constant ,to many new people all the time same coffee tastes different everytime, orders are always wrong .

I hope the supervisor with the curly hair and dark glasses can be a little more gentle and approachable with both customers and staff. I’ve been here a couple of times, and he always seems grumpy when interacting with customers and employees.
