For some reason, I get such a powder taste when I drink every matcha I drink, a matcha that is not mixed well and is not well made or of not high quality is used, you should definitely change it.
I seriously hate this Starbucks... I literally asked them and told them specifically to make the protein drink (with no milk) , sugar free vanilla with matcha and very very less ice and what I received was completely opposite to what I asked for... They added milk, they put half match powder, didn't taste the protein milk or the vanilla flavor... I seriously hated this.. it was the worst drink... attaching the receipt FYR... I'd never recommend going to this Starbucks...
Came to Starbucks specifically for my birthday drink on a birthday trip to the mall, I downloaded the app and make an account specifically for this because of the widely advertised free drink for your birthday, I even ordered a second drink for my fiance, the manager looked at me shrugged her shoulders and said if I haven’t been an active member I don’t get the free drink, I paid for both drinks myself so I wouldn’t embarrass my cashier but I’ve never had such terrible service at a coffee place before- will not be returning ... read more
Pretty bad customer service. Would give 0 if I could. Somehow a "hot chocolate with half the amount of chocolate as normal" was turned into a +2.5 pumps of chai into it. Great for someone with a cinnamon allergy. To make it worse, they didnt refund the drink and didn't even offer to refund the incorrect upcharge for the chai pumps I never ordered. I had to ask them to do that, 0.80¢ back, they should have at least comped the drink or offered the refund. I shouldn't have had to ask for that.
The baristas were nice and the kiosk seemed clean. The espresso in my drink wasn't great, but it was decaf, so that's kind of my own fault! Overall, I was happy and would go here again.
