When did Starbucks start requiring you to purchase a drink before you could get water? I had never been to a Starbucks until I stopped by this one. Very disappointing. I was even planning to get a drink later in the day while in the mall, but after hearing that, why bother giving them business when they refuse to serve water unless we buy something, no humanity there :(
They weren’t calling out drink orders or names or putting lids on all the way. Was right by the pick up area and they definitely didn’t call my drink out and when I picked it up the hot lid popped off instantly. I used to be a Starbucks barista too, it would be helpful to call drinks out louder and to have more care when handing off.
(*Edited* in response to the owners reply, I’ve called that number. They didn’t care nor try to come up with a resolution for the situation. So what do I do at this point?) Ended up in pain and having food poisoning symptoms. Had contacted the support number to try to get a refund and I’m just getting the run around. Not sure what to do to get my money back but this wasn’t a fun experience for my stomach.
For some reason, I get such a powder taste when I drink every matcha I drink, a matcha that is not mixed well and is not well made or of not high quality is used, you should definitely change it.
I seriously hate this Starbucks... I literally asked them and told them specifically to make the protein drink (with no milk) , sugar free vanilla with matcha and very very less ice and what I received was completely opposite to what I asked for... They added milk, they put half match powder, didn't taste the protein milk or the vanilla flavor... I seriously hated this.. it was the worst drink... attaching the receipt FYR... I'd never recommend going to this Starbucks...
