I asked for an americano. The barista asked me if I wanted it with cream and sugar. I partly blame myself for the bad coffee for not having walked away at that point. Other than not knowing what an americano was (or at least how to serve one) and the terrible coffee, the barista was polite.
Run the other way! Worst customer service I've had in a while. The cashier acted as if she could careless about my gift exchange. I have a problem with the lid to my new coffee cup and she said " they are all like that". She told me that was a problem for her manger who has already left, and offered no other help. Instead I believe she was more worried about socializing with other staff members. So disappointed.
