The wait time was awful. They gave other people my drink. And I had to go up several different times to ask about my order. I like the coffee, but the service was terrible. They need better communication skills.
I waited all night for a coffee, but all they had was dirt water for $6! Unbelievable, 7-11 rules.
One of my favorite Starbucks {I've been to MANY}!! The staff is super friendly and my orders are always correct. The only issue I have is that we are "such a small town" that we don't get a lot of the lunch/food items. Corporate needs to reevaluate that one since the Decatur store gets things that we don't. Love our Starbucks!!!
