We've been supporting this Starbucks store for a very long time and the service has continued to go downhill. There are so many wonderful people who work here but it's becoming frustrating. Tonight we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for two drinks, one of which was a water. There was only one car in front of us and when we pulled up to the window we sat for at least 3 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. The employees were just standing there talking to each other.
