Based on my experience, I believe their service towards white customers supersedes their friendliness and respect for black customers. Yet another experience of being treated like i was invisible in a white establishment even AFTER everyone else was serviced.
When my drink was ready it left out of the alphabetized pick up zone and place on a nearby ledge so i was waiting looking for it when it was already ready. When my sandwich was ready, they put it in the wrong zone so I also couldn't find that. The middle still was ice cold and it wasn't properly cooked through.
