I arrived during the busiest time and accidentally placed my order at the wrong location through the app. When I explained the situation to Matt at the Park Rd location, he was incredibly professional, kind, and understanding. He made me feel welcome, and the service was quick. I truly appreciated his help in turning the experience around!
Parking situation at this store is a complete mess. It’s a PAIN to get in or out of here. Go elsewhere.
I was there last week in the morning before work to get a latte. I had a credit on my card since I got a rewards card for giving blood at The Blood Connection. I asked the ladies if they knew how to use the app with a credit, and I understood if they wouldn’t have known-that would have been fine. The guy who works here with the long pony tail was complaining about the drink I ordered saying “I can’t believe people order this, there’s so much crap in it” …. Weird thing to say when you are the one making / selling it. Then he snapped at me because he called the name Genova and I didn’t respond. Not my name bro, I’m the one who ordered the drink with “all the crap in it”. 👍
