Nick was awesome made sure we got the right order after we got the wrong item first. We greatly appreciate him making sure we got what we ordered. Nice to get some coffee and shop too!
horrible horrible job... girl with the ginger hair had no idea what she was doing had to ask the other employee several times... took forever and scribbled all over the cup with sharpie...? Poor customer service skills told me get back in line if i want cold foam? When i clearly asked for a drink with cold foam at the register... will never be coming here ever again and telling other never to go here. Horrible experience. Very disappointed and probably the worst cappuccino in my life and staff is rude!!! Also my grande size cup was half full. I Do not recommend this specific location they need to train their staff how to make coffee
