I’ve bought drinks here a few times. Previously, I ordered 1 iced ADL and 1 hot ADL, but the drinks tasted bland and not very nice. Yesterday (5/2) around 5 PM, a friendly male barista served me (sorry, I forgot to ask his name). He even informed me about the Thursday promotion. The drink he made was really good, the coffee and sweetness were well balanced. I hope the other baristas can learn from him. Thank you and keep up the good work. 5 stars because of him!

I was disappointed that the staff were not well trained to make the coffee I requested. I ordered long black in this morning, a girl name JUE was preparing my LONG BLACK which is not correct. I questioned her about the coffee was not right and she argued and not admitting mistakes that I mentioned to her. I believe that an international brand must provide good after-sales service.
