Visited this outlet on 16/02/2026 (Monday). There was a buy-1, free-1 promotion at this outlet on Mondays (from 12pm - 3pm, I think!) until end-Feb. The male cashier on duty (receipt record show the name Isma) did not inform me of the promo until I have paid and noticed the promo ad. When I brought up the issue to him, he looked at the register and claimed that I had made payment before 12pm and therefore I was not entitled. 24 december 2025 this bunch of staff take turns to sit on here and chit chating. Customer no way to sit and don't print receipt with wifi password. PLEASE TAKE ACTION FOR THESE STAFFS
