The service attitude needs improvement. The store does not accept cash, which can be inconvenient. The staff also seemed to have difficulty understanding customers’ requests. I once ordered a takeaway sandwich — I got my drink first and waited for quite a while. Only after I asked the staff did they realize and start heating the sandwich. One of the staff members was also joking around while taking orders, which made the service feel unprofessional. Overall, the efficiency was quite poor.
This is one of the biggest stand alone Starbuck outlet in Sabah. Still many enjoy the coffee here.
Is it open at 9am or at 9:30 am???? Make it clear, please!!!
