The drive thru line at Starbucks was exceptionally long due to one customer ordering nearly a dozen beverages. Customers grew impatient and hooked when the car in front of them did not move quickly enough through the drive thru. Nevertheless, I waited patiently. When I approached the window, Brooklyn was waiting with a warm smile and apologized profusely. I reassured her that all was well. This Starbucks is located inside of The Home Depot’s corporate headquarters and serves the thousands of corporate associates that work there. The staff and the service is phenomenal, particularly considering the volume and crazy number of people that stand around waiting for mobile orders. It’s an absolute pleasure to be served by this Team.
