I’m leaving this review because something recently happened that felt very unprofessional. My fiancé has ordered the exact same drink for over a decade — a venti vanilla latte with whole milk, whipped cream, and 3 pumps of classic syrup. Recently at this location the classic syrup has frequently been missing and he has had to ask for it at the window. The whipped cream is also missing about half the time.
