I just want to shout out Mckenzie! She is the most welcoming, uplifting and caring person. She brightens your mornings and knows your name and order. She cares and seems like she wants to make people feel important and seen! In a world full of negativity, we need more people like her. This location is understaffed, rude, and they are always running behind. If you are thinking you are going to be able to grab a quick cup of coffee…. This is not the place. So frustrating.
They get it right
BLASTING MUSIC. The staff had music so loud I could not prepare for my meeting and enjoy my coffee. The worst experience I have ever had at a coffee shop. I am a reasonable person but even while taking a call I could not hear myself think. Very unprofessional staff. Do not come here.
