By far the WORST Starbucks I have been too. On multiple occasions I have been disappointed with this location but today was the icing on the cake. Placed a mobile order 15 min prior to arriving - order not ready when I arrived. Okay. I stood there for a few minutes. Couple next to me states they have been waiting for a while as well for a simple drink. 1 female worker looks at us and goes “they’re going to have to wait” lol okay. Very good food but the drive thru design needs work
Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. For two days in a row, I have been treated rudely and disrespectfully by the baristas. I’m visiting the area on vacation and usually stop by for my latte, but the staff has been mocking and unprofessional. There is absolutely no reason to treat customers this way. This kind of behavior completely damages the brand’s image.
