The close at 11pm I went at 10:30pm and they refused to make me matcha. First they said it was because they were out then they said it was because they were cleaning the machine because. I TOLD THEM I DROVE 20 minutes but the girl just laughed in my face and said no. I would understand if I was there 5 or even 10 mins before they closed but 30 mins ?????? Bad customer service……. Respectfully this is not what Starbucks advertises. L WORKERS
