I had a great experience and had excellent service at this Starbucks today. I was helped by Valeria, and I received the best service. She was so kind and helped remake my drink, which was very nice of her. She truly deserves a raise!
Today I ordered an iced lavender latte, and instead of them giving me that I gotten the ice lavender cream oatmeal matcha and I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and instead they gave me a hot coffee and the lady in the back with red hair rolls her eyes cause I asked for an iced caramel macchiato like girl tell the girl at the drive thru to hear better or fix y’all’s headset ok! Anyways don’t get the lavender oatmeal matcha it’s disgusting 🤮
I’ve tried my best to give this store an opportunity to welcoming and professional…..and they fail everytime. Why are there more than 5 employees behind the counter and a customer has to wait for someone to say “anything” to them? To have an employee make eye contact with me and still say nothing is a bunch of garbage. The coffee is the same at any location, but I come here because it close to home.
