I ordered extra strawberry puree and I don't see the strawberry puree I always want to order an order here they make it wrong or then they say they don't do anything that I don't want to ask for extra that it must be a previous drink
I’ve had multiple issues at this location. Orders are often incorrect, and when they are correct, the food is sometimes undercooked or items are missing. This has happened several times, and while I haven’t raised it before, today’s experience was the last straw. People work hard for their money. This stuff is not free. If it was free, I wouldn’t even complain about it cause guess what it’s free, but I’m paying for it. So why can’t my order be right or not missing?
I came to get matcha because it was close to me 30 minutes till close and they had it both drive way and door closed not open to customers because of “short staff “ mind u I seen 2 ppl in there Cmon now , they seen me and still ignored me , so disappointed very wack how not even million dollar companies have enough money to have more staff so that I could get matcha.
