My order was fine but the service was horrible the two ladies that helped me were extremely rude. They continued to cut me off multiple times and one even clapped her hands at me. I typically get good service at Starbucks but not at this specific location. This location makes us giving Starbucks a bad name. Won’t be going to this location again.

I walked almost a mile to get here and it was completely dark from the outside. They had intentionally left the street side part of the store dark but turned on the hotel side. A subtle hint that outsiders weren't welcome. Mobile ordering was turned off, so I went inside. Christian (F) had a serious attitude about taking a basic order. Mumbling her questions. Ignoring eye contact. Acting like the guests were an inconvenience. It would have been much simpler if mobile ordering was turned on and the attitude was turned off.

The staff member taking orders is rude. Didn't get her name but it sad her mood changes the whole vibe in there. The individuals making the drinks were awesome. Friendly and nice

This place should be shutdown for lack of cleanliness. See photos. Three employees continue to put food and drinks on a dirty counter top not to mention condtions of the tables and floors.
