This location is consistently out of product when you actually get service. More times than not they are on break with nobody managing the location. Not really sure why this location is open since you can not get served there.
Young girl taking my order kept singing to the music playing over the loudspeaker. Afterwards, I picked up my drink and accidentally spilled some of it because my hands were full of groceries, and the lid wasn’t on completely - my mistake. I told her, she said “okay, have a good day” - I felt she should’ve asked if I wanted a new one, instead I left with 1/2 cup of (grande size) coffee that I payed $6 for.
