Seeing the other reviews about poor customer service at this location makes a lot of sense after my visit. Quick service, but my coffee still had too much cream after I politely asked for very light cream. I guess that’s what happens when you’re too busy laughing at the customer over the mic instead of trying to listen to their order. I’m all for having fun at work but maybe next time turn off the mic Lilli.
Baristas are always friendly and the beverages are always made correctly, which I appreciate due to dairy allergies. I always love coming here. My dogs enjoy the occasional pup cup. They can always tell where we are lol and I love that the baristas are always so happy to oblige.
