I ordered a cappuccino, but the amount I received was much smaller than expected. The cup was almost empty. I hope the store can be more consistent with their portions.
WRONG ADDRESS THIS IS US POST OFFICE
Firstly, I want acknowledge that I frequent this particular Starbucks 3-4X a week and I’ve never had an issue with service. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean and inviting. I’m disappointed today however after learning about a new policy that requires a purchase for a cup of water. My son went in to get a cup of water and came back empty handed. I am giving Starbucks an overall three-star review because of a change they just made. When I ordered my drink I asked them to hold the classic syrup and give me two pumps of sugar-free vanilla. They did not used to charge for this. Now they charge $0.80. and it's not about the $0.80. it's about that. I'm not using the classic syrup. I'm using the sugar-free vanilla so it's not costing them anymore. I think charging to make a substitution is absolutely ridiculous. Burnt the hell out of my tongue here. Never have before at any Starbucks. The lady said "well put machine spits it out at 220" coffee doesn't need to be that hot. Horrible service
