I will rarely write a negative review, but this is the worst Starbucks in Durham. I was in there on a very hot day and experienced how they neglected someone a cup of ice water. You don't neglect free water to anyone. Their management has gotten ridiculous.
Today I picked up two large Venti frappe’s, and one large Venti iced coffee and a Pup cup. On my way home, the drinks flipped in the car, one all over the front seat two all over the back floorboard and the pup cup. My husband sent me back to Starbucks while he took my car to get cleaned. When I mentioned to the barista, Hadassah, what had happened she said oh no and as she put my drink order in again, said I remember making these drinks, this is going to be on us.
