I have been there twice. Once in September and once in November. Both times I got a Frappuccino . Both times it had no whip cream on it. When I ask they just said they were out. Mine you, this was like 11 am. I'm highly disappointed at this point. Its not like their products are cheap. Its an $8.00 drink and it did not come with whip cream. It took 45 minutes for them to give us our 3 drinks they only had 3 workers our mochas weren’t hot
Placed a mobile order got here been waiting for 45 mins still waiting .
Writing this as we wait for our drinks in the drive through. We have been here over and hour and they aren’t even that busy. When we got to the window we got no apology or anything
