Cashier entered wrong size, they didn’t call out the names loud enough so by the time we realized and asked for the right size we waited for a half an hour. The drink came out chunky with the wrong cold foam .
The staff here does not provide good customer service. Very disappointing experience. The employees need to be more respectful, helpful, and professional with customers.
Not the most polite place. Only customer. Not any acknowledgement once again tonight. Second time in a row. Will keep posting this.
