Great experience all around.
I've ordered online two times so far and every time I order my order is never ready, there is a young lady or man I'm not sure what they are with glasses and a fake ponytail with a bad attitude. How do you have three drinks ready with no drink carrier and then you ask that person still to wait longer so you can take care of a new order. I spent 2 minutes waiting for her to attend to me just waiting on him or her to finish writing something on a cup, a five paragraph comment to somebody. Understaffed. The two workers prioritize the drive through and online. I thought Starbucks was going back to caring about its in person customers? No sharpies here and a long wait despite no one ahead of me in person (wait to have order taken amd wait for it to come out). Glad my Starbucks balance is now zero, as I am done with the chain.
