I've never been a fan really but they are super nice. They let us sit and talk outside so that's cool

Disappointed. As ive read consistently inconsistent but obviously consistenly on purpose! I go to this location a little too often, i tip every time, never cause an issue, i say please and thank you, i didnt do anything to anyone there that i know of....so why? The past handul of times theyve been purposely neglecting my order and making it almost opposite, now i wonder if the extras i pay for i even get. I ask for extra they give less than a sprinkle. This store has been consistently underfilling their hot coffee. My last 3 purchases have had this issue. I thought it the barista was having an off day, but I'm seeing this consistently now. Their policy is to fill 1/4 inch from the top, but this drink was just 75% of the cup. For a $10 buck coffee, they need to do better.
