I ordered a medium hot drink, but the cup was only about three-quarters full. It felt very light, and I was disappointed with the portion for the price. I hope this can be improved in the future.
Always different taste or something missing
Well…. I don’t enjoy leaving less than 5-star reviews… the staff is kind, but totally oblivious to the people standing in line. 5 people working, 1 at the register, buried in work, and the rest just float around staring through the line. We had to ask to have the second register opened; the staff was clueless….
I've been to to many Starbucks, and this location is by far #1 rated for being the worst. No parking, and when you do get a spot the drive thru people won't let you out. BMW and Mercedes, and Lexus park in handicap... I don't want a full cup of ice for my cold drink... People are just plain rude, acting like I'm going to steal there purse or their crappy apple phone or iPad or charger. PATHETIC!
