You pay the prices & they can’t even make the drinks correctly. Since when do you just squeeze a large amount of caramel in the bottom of a cup 🙄
Felt slow and uninviting. No hello when walking in. Ordered online, no one in line inside but still had wait to long.
This location fails to ever completely fill the cup with the specified drink. Today was among the most egregious, with no other customers even waiting, I ordered my venti and received yet another coffee barely filled to the “That first sip feeling” line. Sad to see this as a reality, I only imagine this will happen to all companies across the board, less and less concern about the consumer.
