2nd time here recently and it takes over 20 minutes to get a simple coffee with steamed milk . Last time i’ll come to this store ; by the way there’s only 5 people inside and 3 cars in line
I visit this location several times a week and have started bringing a personal cup for my orders. Three out of the last four times my order is served in a cup. Which clearly defeats the whole purpose of bringing your own cup, They told me they cannot reuse the cup that they put my drink in even though it is going unused because it gets poured into my cup. This is super frustrating, and it’s an absolute waste to unnecessarily throw away cups that could be used for other orders and not to mention a waste of money for the stor... read more
