I’ve had a run in with this store before about making my drinks incorrectly and then being rude when I asked to have them both remade. I stopped going and started driving further to a different location and decided this morning “what the heck, I’ll try it out.” I had a birthday reward to use on a free drink, they botched it yet again. They gave me the wrong milk and when I asked for EXTRA caramel crunch, they gave about mayyyybe 7 or 8 pieces. Ridiculous.
