Just wanted to acknowledge Elijah- he is always welcoming, kind, and provides great customer service experience. Really appreciate how hard you work and your pleasantness while juggling all the responsibilities behind the counter.
this is a good location and the employees are very sweet, but this location is crazy inconsistent with pink drinks. i never know if i’m going to get a straight cup of coconut milk, the way it’s supposed to be made, or straight base with a dash of coconut milk. i usually order a pink drink without any modifications, no light ice either, just a basic pink drink and it’s always way different than the last time i got it.
got to store at opening and they refused to take our order for 15 minutes and then when i got to the window they wouldn’t even come to the window. unprepared staff. drink on mobile app was ready for 15 minutes and melted
