I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha and they gave me a grande size instead. I asked if this was a venti and the lady said she wasn’t sure, but that could be a grande. It’s clearly a grande, but I was giving her a chance to correct their mistake. She asked if I wanted her to make me another one. I shouldn’t have to ask because I clearly ordered and paid for a venti for a reason. I said no thanks since I was feeling like I was inconveniencing her. Won’t be back to this location that’s for sure.
I have to say, I rarely stop by this Starbys but I'm happy I did today. Came in to grab a goodie for breakfast and a drink. Walked in and saw a handful of beautiful baristas. I was instantly greeted! The sweet gal took my drink order. Today was another Pinterest inspired drink. I also grabbed a chocolate croissant. These girls are on point. My drink was made quickly and My app made ordering so easy and quick. I can order, drive in the drive-thru and quickly pick up my order and be on my way. Glad they have a smooth running and comsistant system!
