Friendly staff and good assortment of coffee. Spinach and egg white wrap was also good.
I come here all the time and almost always order the same thing. Today, when I went to pay, the tip had already been selected before I even had a chance to choose. I waited for the tip screen to appear like it always does, but it never came up. I looked at the cashier and she just said, “Just pay.” Is this how you’re doing it now? Don’t come close to end of night. They focus more on closing than the customers. One guy doing inventory, one guy counting the draw, and one other person doing drive thru and front end
Pull up to the drive thru after taking a sick kid to urgent care. Am told they cannot take drive thru orders because the register isn’t working but I can come inside. Go inside to see 8 employees standing around. Very confused how they could not take drive thru orders, could have easily walked over to the other registers
