I am a frequent customer of this location, usually through the mobile app. So far there had been no issues with picking up my order. Until today. My drink was obviously made with less espresso than I paid for. I ordered the same drink yesterday so of course I can notice the difference. I asked my coworker if she can return to the location and ask for a remake, and she was greeted with an attitude by the woman at the cash register stating the drink had no issues. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 snacks and for whatever reason drink 1 of 2 was never charged or made even though the barista confirmed the order. Drink 2 of 2 was ready and we waited for Drink 1 of 2 only to wait for a while. Soon after, I approached the barista that had prepared the drinks and inquired about the missing drink only to be told I was never charged for it.
