Ordered the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso thinking I was getting that rich, layered drink from the photo. What I got looked like someone poured the leftovers of a pot of coffee over a glacier and called it a day. The cup was 80% ice, 15% oatmilk, and maybe 5% actual espresso. I was at Starbucks in Greenhaven and purchased a drink. The cash who speaking perfectly well English ask my name. I said George. She replied back Jorge. This has happened three maybe four times before. I said no my name is George. When I picked up the drink it says, you guess it, Jorge. I tell the girl my name is George and I explained this to the cashier who apparently didn’t listen to me or had the consideration to do as the customer wanted.
