I usually come to Starbucks to study and enjoy a cold brew, and I’ve appreciated being able to get a complimentary cup of water. Today, after a long walk, I asked for water and was told a new policy means they no longer provide it. That was shocking and disheartening. They have been making mistakes asked for a camàmeal tea without honey and lemonade they gave it to us but the tea is too hot to drink so we were about 30 miles away my daughter drank it and realized the drink was wrong we had to turn around and go back and get it replaced .Most of the time starbucks is great but two different starbucks did the same mistake .It's like people are not listening.
