Take out the ice in their “”shake and drinks and you left with half the cup filled with coffee. What a rip off. And no way to ask for less ice in the app.
It’s always great except the Sutterville /Freeport location needs seats for the patrons
I did an online order and got here before 8:30pm. One of the workers locked the door and refused to let us in even though we were just grabbing our drinks, she rudely put her finger up and told us to go around. So unprofessional, do not come here! Then I go to the drive through and another worker told me I should have let them know but how was I supposed to when they wouldn’t even open the door for me!
Say what you want about Starbucks, but at least it knows what it is. You walk in, you get your drink, maybe get some work done, and you're surrounded by people actually minding their business. There’s structure, energy, and even in the busiest stores — it works. Now compare that to UC Davis, where everything feels like a failed social experiment.
