The baristas are nice but there is either a staffing issue or a disorganized team this store does not handle peak well at all. If you come in when it’s slow the experience is exceptional but if you see a line don’t even try. The wait and confusion of orders is not worth it head to McDonald’s or a gas station it will be much easier and faster. If the baristas weren’t stretched so thin it probably wouldn’t be like this. My family and I are visiting from Pennsylvania this weekend, I am so thankful we came across this Starbucks, greetings with a smile, our coffees were delicious, outstanding customer, service, and quality in the full. Keep up the good work guys.
