I asked for light ice so I got this…. Was it too much to put just extra oatmilk in?
Stopped here on my way to work and ordered a venti iced chai with vanilla syrup as you can see, there’s no chai in my beverage. Bella, who handed me my drink should have been able to tell that this was not made correctly! This location needs to do a skill check on your Partners to make sure the beverages are being made to standard.
My son and I went on a coffee date and received excellent service from Brittani! She brought our food out promptly on real plates and warmed up our cookies!
Visited to work from a table for a few hours, and Bella made the experience exceptional. She greeted us with a light, friendly energy and took the time to explain member perks we could use while working in-store, which was genuinely helpful. When a hot drink was mistakenly served cold, she noticed the issue before we said anything, remade it correctly, and delivered it to our table herself.
