The worst experience ever. Don’t do a mobile order. They always mess it up. Not to mention when I got in the drive thru they said oh we just got your order you need to circle around again!! So I did and now there’s 3 cars infront of me who ALL didn’t have mobile orders and had to give their order. I literally give you more time to make my order by doing it online and then you punish me for it!??? It makes no sense. No logic. Great coffee and friendly staff
My online order was missed. Had to remind them about it. Then I watched her make it and made incorrectly. No syrup at all when I asked for 2 pumps. The drink was mainly oatmilk. Barely matcha. Worst matcha drink
