I have nothing against Starbucks, but this particular location does not handle orders efficiently. The employees are often on their cell phones while customers are waiting. I placed my order 15 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 11 minutes. The service here is lacking, so good luck to anyone who decides to visit this location.

I recently visited Starbucks and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. While the coffee was up to the usual standard, the management left much to be desired. There was a noticeable lack of organization, and it seemed like the staff wasn't supported or guided well by the higher-ups. However, I have to give credit where it's due – two baristas stood out in the midst of the chaos. This Starbucks is hit or miss. Long waits for mobile orders at times. Typically, I’ll do a mobile order and wait 10-15 minutes past the estimated time. Sometimes the drink is perfect, other times not. For example, today I ordered two drinks using the mobile app during my lunch break and the estimated time was 2:24 p.m. and the drinks were not ready till 2:38 p.m.
