Kingstowne Starbucks used to be my happy place the one spot I truly loved spending time in. But now? The customer service has completely destroyed that feeling. They messed up my order, and instead of fixing it, they argued not just with me, but with other customers too. And when they say, “We’ll remake it”, they don’t. It’s all talk. I hate to be hard on this store because I've been coming here for years, and the employees are spectacular. But today, my drink was missing a significant portion... im just upset because it's not worth what i paid for. This order had no customizations, and is straight from the menu, so I don't see why it would be frustrating to make. It's just very upsetting, since it's a beloved location:(
I was very sad when my favorite Starbucks in Kingstowne next to Hallmark closed. Today I noticed the new location!! Its setup is very similar to the old location but feels more open, spacious and modern! I am so happy and will be coming here most weekends now to do some work and drink my favorite pink Mango Dragon Fruit drink.
Got my usual order from this starbucks and when I got my drink it wasnt made right, I asked for whipped cream and there was none and I asked for them to line the cup with their "drizzle" ... key-word DRIZZLE and the cup was just overwhelming it was drowned it caramel "drizzle" about more than a quarter of my cup was straight caramel, I asked for it to get remade and again he put whipped cream but the slightest bit not even half way up to the cup only about a quarter, I understood that they have a understaffed business and on... read more
