I had money in my Starbucks account along with Stars, but the app suddenly wouldn’t let me sign in despite using the correct password. I reset my password approximately 500 times, and it STILL wouldn’t work. Customer service was absolutely no help either. So I guess Starbucks can enjoy my $4 (or whatever amount I had left) because I was literally just trying to use it up on some overpriced bakery item anyway. 😭 It’s just so annoying to have money and Stars sitting in an account that I can’t even access. I ordered a mobile order and then I asked for a pup cup since my daughter loves whip cream. The lady at the register was counting money and rudely said “go to the next register”. Then the barista named Rox asked what I needed and I politely asked for a pup cup and she didn’t even acknowledge me or say anything to me. Rox really needs to learn how to have better customer service. My daughter and I come here often and we didn’t deserve such rude treatment.
