Kayla and the Asian guy who had one black sweater or hoodie didn’t greet me when I walked in to the register to place my order instead they had me waiting for them to finish up with their conversation and I guess their were counting money in front of paying customers. Pattinson taste but not a great fan of their coffee
I just left from this establishment which is my neighborhood establishment and the employee that's handing out the orders and calling people's name is probably one of the rudest people I've encountered on a Friday morning. He needs a little bit more training on customer service. Maybe if he wasn't so busy chit-chatting With the friends coming in he would be a little bit more cognizant of the people in front of him waiting to speak to him.
the wait time is too long, get more workers
The afternoon cashier her name is something like Wjyun or something she is the worst . Anne in the morning is the best greets people with a smile and knows even people by name . But the lady in afternoon worst you need to remove her ASAP
